Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AIQ (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

AIQ is an AI-powered questionnaire platform that allows users to create, share, and analyse questionnaires. Certain features require a paid Pro subscription.

3. Accounts

  • You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must provide accurate and complete information when registering.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

  • The Pro plan is a recurring monthly subscription at $4.99/month.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew each month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your payment provider (PayPal or Stripe).
  • At cancellation, your Pro access remains active until the end of the current billing period.
  • We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us within 14 days.
  • Prices may change. We will provide 30 days' notice before any price change takes effect for existing subscribers.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use AIQ to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users.
  • Distribute malware or malicious content.
  • Collect personal information from others without their consent.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service.
  • Resell or commercially exploit the Service without our written permission.

6. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of the content you create on AIQ (questionnaires, questions, and responses). By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to store and process your content solely to provide the Service.

7. Intellectual Property

The AIQ platform, branding, and underlying software are owned by HDSol Dev. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform without prior written consent.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIQ and HDSol Dev shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Significant changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which HDSol Dev operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
